Overview

A printed book created to capture GTC as both documentation and a lasting artifact.

Role
Creative direction, editorial curation, design & production collaboration.
A test print of the foil cover.


Approach

Curated thousands of images to tell a complete story of the conference, from scale and spectacle to human moments and behind-the-scenes effort. Partnered with a premium French printer to elevate the object beyond a simple print, using material choices and a bitmap foil cover to reflect both “highlights” and care. Managed high-risk production decisions under a tight timeline.

Infusing the brand green within the chapter dividers.


Various spreads covering both keynote announcements as well as other parts of the conference.




The conference included an outdoor takeover of Cesar Chavez plaza complete with a night market with local vendors.


The front and back covers of the book depicted an aerial view of the Santa Clara campus.


Outcome

A book that resonated deeply with leadership, and became a model for future GTC documentation.
